Day 1: Arrival at Istanbul
Upon arrival in Turkey, you will be greeted by our Memphis Tours assistant and then transferred to your Hotel to relax and enjoy an overnight stay in Istanbul. (Meet our driver at Gate Number 9)
Day 2: Istanbul City Tour
Rise & shine, it's the second day of your Greece and Turkey Vacation Package. After enjoying a delightful breakfast, get ready to explore the vibrant streets of Istanbul. Your adventure begins at the iconic Hagia Sophia, built in 537 AD and considered the first of its kind with a massive dome. Once the heart of the Orthodox Church, this architectural marvel is a must-see. Only a few steps away lies the stunning Blue Mosque, celebrated for its beautiful interior decorated with blue Iznik tiles. Next, step back in time at the historic Hippodrome, once the stage for thrilling chariot races. Next, make your way to the grand Topkapi Palace, the lavish residence of Ottoman sultans between the 15th and 19th centuries. Discover its lavish treasury, tranquil courtyards, the intriguing Harem, and various pavilions showcasing an impressive collection of historical artifacts.
Your journey continues at the bustling Grand Bazaar, where you’ll have free time to browse through countless stalls offering unique and exotic items. Your local guide will also point out top-recommended shops to visit. After a full day of sightseeing, return to your hotel in Istanbul for some rest.

Day 3: Morning Bosphorus Cruise / Spice Market
We kick off the third day of your Greece and Turkey Vacation Package, in the same way, any great day should start, with a refreshing breakfast meal. Following your meal, our driver will pick you up from your hotel for a short drive to Eminonu pier where you will board a ferry for a breathtaking cruise through the pristine waters of the phosphorus through the Bosphuros strait running between Asia & Europe continents. In the afternoon, a drive to the summit of Camlica Hill to capture the most stunning panoramic views across the City of Istanbul whilst crossing the Bosphorus Bridge. Next, you will continue on to the Sea of Marmara and the Prince’s Islands then a short trip to Beylerbeya Palace sitting on the shores of the Bosphorus. It is considered the most elegant of late Ottoman Palaces boasting six extravagant furnished reception halls amongst its grandeur. During this tour, you will be able to see monuments such as the Palaces of Dolmabahce, Çiragan, Castle of Rumeli Hisarı, and others. We end the day with a trip back to your Istanbul Hotel.

Day 4: Istanbul To Greece
Following a delightful breakfast at your Istanbul hotel, you will have some free time for some last-minute shopping before your trip to the birthplace of Greek mythology, Greece. Once done you will be escorted by our driver either to Istanbul international airport or Sahiba Gokcen INternational airport depending on your flight arrangements. Upon arrival at Athens Airport meet our driver and will be transferred to your hotel. Have the rest of the day left for you to spend at your own leisure.

Day 5: Athens sightseeing
Start your day with a delicious Greek breakfast before setting out to discover the enchanting city of Athens. Your journey begins at the historic Panathenaic Stadium, the site of the first modern Olympic Games held in 1896. From there, you'll visit some of the city's most iconic landmarks, including the Temple of Olympian Zeus, Hadrian's Gate, the University of Athens, the National Library, the Academy of Athens, the Parliament building, and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier—among many other notable sites. Your certified English-speaking guide will provide fascinating insights into the rich history behind each of these landmarks. Next, you'll head to Athens' crown jewel: the Acropolis, also known as the “Sacred Rock,” along with the Acropolis Museum. Both entrance tickets are included in the tour. After the guided tour, you may return to your hotel or choose to wander the charming streets of Plaka at your own pace. Overnight stay in Athens.

Day 6: Three Island cruise
One of the best ways is there to enjoy the natural landscape of Greece and its gorgeous blue waters than some island cruising. That's how you will be spending the 6th day of your Turkey Greece package, head to the port for a full day of island-hopping in the Saronic Gulf on a cruise. We'll start at Hydra. A charming tiny island that is "vehicle free" and popular with international jet sets. Visit the Metropolis at your own speed, ride a donkey through the narrow, cobblestoned streets, and take in the scenery. The next island is Poros, which has a clock tower that faces the Peloponnese. The last is Aegina, a popular weekend getaway for Athenians. Take a horse-drawn carriage ride or an optional trip to the temple of Afea. Aegina is famous for producing pistachios, so be sure that you purchase some. On the way back, you will get the chance to see and participate in some traditional Greek dances after a buffet lunch is given on board. Transport back to our hotel.

Day 7: Final Departure
Sadly it's time to say goodbye to the Land of the Olympians but as the saying goes with the end of each journey comes the beginning of the new one. Following a delightful breakfast, our driver will drive you to the airport for your departure according to your flight time. We hope you had a great time and a safe trip back home.
